Celebrating 100 Days of Full Time Travel

Embarking on a journey of a lifetime, our family of five set out on a full-time caravan adventure, exploring the diverse landscapes of Australia. The first 100 days of our trip were filled with unforgettable experiences, from the rugged beauty of Tasmania to the stunning vistas along the Great Ocean Road.

Our journey began in Tasmania, where we were enchanted by the island's lush forests, pristine beaches, and charming towns. We hiked through the rugged wilderness of Cradle Mountain, marveled at the stunning beauty of Wineglass Bay, and sampled delicious local produce at the Salamanca Market in Hobart.

Continuing on to the Great Ocean Road, we were awestruck by the majestic cliffs, pristine beaches, and iconic rock formations such as the Twelve Apostles. We spent our days exploring hidden coves, watching the waves crash against the shore, and soaking in the beauty of this famous coastal route.

As we made our way through the Flinders Ranges, we were treated to panoramic views of towering peaks, deep gorges, and vast expanses of outback wilderness. We hiked through ancient landscapes, encountered native wildlife, and witnessed stunning sunsets painting the sky in shades of orange and red.

The rugged Oodnadatta Track beckoned us next, leading us through remote desert landscapes, past salt lakes, and ancient Aboriginal sites. We camped under the starlit sky, mesmerized by the silence and beauty of the Australian outback.

Reaching Alice Springs, we immersed ourselves in the rich cultural heritage of the region, exploring Aboriginal art galleries, learning about indigenous history, and marveling at the iconic red rock formations of the West MacDonnell Ranges.

Our journey continued northward to Darwin, where we explored the ancient landscapes of Kakadu and Litchfield National Parks. We marveled at thundering waterfalls, swam in crystal-clear rock pools, and learned about the region's unique flora and fauna.

As we look back on our first 100 days of full-time travel in a caravan, we are filled with gratitude for the incredible experiences we have shared as a family. From the rugged beauty of Tasmania to the ancient landscapes of the outback, our journey has been a testament to the beauty and diversity of Australia's natural wonders. Here's to the next 100 days of adventure and discovery on the open road!
